If your child seems to be exhibiting most of these symptoms, it could be an indication of poor immune system in the body!

Getting sick often may seem like just another part of growing up for a kid, but it is important to keep an eye on the frequency and severity. Good nutrition helps support the immune system. And a strong immune system does not just keep away frequent illness but also helps in proper growth and development of your child.
