Fruit Crumble | Horlicks | Unilever

Preparation Time: 50 min
- 120 gms Horlicks original
- 60 gms Butter
- 10 gms Powdered sugar
- 40 gms Refined flour
- 300 gms Pears / Apple
- 5 gms Butter
- 5 gms Sugar
- ½ tsp Cinnamon powder
- 20 gms Icing sugar
1 For crumble, cream butter and sugar, add Horlicks and refined flour. Mix lightly and cool for 20 min.
2 Wash and peel the pears/ apples. Cut into big dices.
3 Melt butter in a pan, add pears/ apple and sugar. Cook for 5 min.
4 Add cinnamon powder.
5 Arrange pears/ apple in a greased pie dish. Cover with crumble and bake at 210 C for 25 to 30 min
6 Sprinkle Icing sugar and serve warm with sauce of your choice.
